Adresse: 334 91 Anderstorp
Northwest of Anderstorp is one of southern Sweden's largest and most valuable peatland areas - Anderstorps stormosse.
The nature reserve is nearly 2000 hectares and has a rich birdlife, including several nesting shorebirds. In the area there are really old pine forest and dwarf birch. During World War II peat was broken here and today the area is drained through many ditches. During 2010-2015 there is an ongoing restoration project which aims to restore the marsh to a more natural state. The project also includes building of facilities for visitors, such as parking place, observation tower and a boardwalk over the bog.
